Head Coach
Joonsuh Oh
Coach Joonsuh skated several Age Group Nationals events during his active years. His coaching background started with a couple years at Dominion Speedskating Club. Joonsuh is also active on the Team USA Archery scene behind a recurve bow which led him into coaching there as well.
Assistant Coach
Nathaniel Casson
Coach Nathaniel enjoyed success as a skater at UCB including a second place finish at Age Group Nationals and is an Am Cup Veteran. Coach Nathaniel's coaching background started in the District of Columbia at an inline skate program with another Nathaniel, former Team USA Long Tracker and Olympic Veteran Nathaniel Mills.
Volunteer Coach
Gihoon Kuh
Coach Gihoon is a Utah Olympic Oval FAST (Facilitated Athlete Sport Training) Short Track Team Alum and was coached by former Team China Assistant Coach Li Geng. Gihoon's coaching record recently started here at UCB.
Assistant Coach
Camila Silva
Coach Silva, from Chile, is a US Speedskating Level 2 Certified Coach with over 12 years of experience in the DC Metro Area. Originally an inline speedskater, she provides a training regimen that promotes aerobic and anaerobic activity as well as inculcating the love for speedskating and all sports to all athletes.
